At Drizelonaiglixia, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our car electronics installation services. This Return Policy outlines the procedures for refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims.
Installation Services
As our services involve professional installation work, the following terms apply:
- Installation labour is non-refundable once the work has been completed
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of installation, we will make necessary adjustments at no additional cost
- All installation work is covered by our 12-month workmanship warranty
Equipment and Products
For equipment purchased through Drizelonaiglixia:
- Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase
- Products must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items
- Custom-ordered or special-order items are non-refundable
Customer-Supplied Equipment
If you provide your own equipment for installation:
- We are not responsible for faulty or incompatible customer-supplied products
- Installation labour charges still apply even if the product does not work as expected
- We recommend purchasing equipment through us to ensure compatibility
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact us within the warranty period with your original receipt
- Describe the issue in detail
- Bring your vehicle to our Oxford workshop for inspection
- We will repair or replace faulty workmanship at no charge
What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Modifications made by third parties after our installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Water damage or electrical surges
- Theft or vandalism
Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
Cancellation Policy
For appointment cancellations:
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before appointment: Full deposit refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% deposit refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
- No-shows will forfeit their deposit
